Affiliate Program Terms | Killer Electric

These terms govern participation in the Killer Electric Killer Business Partner Program (the "Program"), operated by Eby Services LLC DBA Killer Electric, a licensed residential electrical contractor in SE Michigan.

1. How It Works

As a business partner, you receive a unique referral link. When someone you refer becomes a new Killer Electric client and their first job is awarded with a deposit collected, you earn a $100 cash referral fee.

2. Payout Eligibility

A referral qualifies when a new client (someone who has never hired Killer Electric before) submits a request through your referral link, a job is awarded, and a deposit or first payment is collected.
One payout per referred client. Repeat business from the same client does not generate additional referral fees.
There is no cap on the number of new clients you can refer. Each new client referral that converts qualifies for its own $100 payout.

3. Payout Amount & Timeline

Referral fee: $100 flat per qualifying referral.
Payment is issued within 7 business days of the first payment being collected on the referred client's job.
Payment method: Zelle only. No checks, cash, or other payment methods are offered. You must provide a valid Zelle-registered phone number or email address at sign-up.

4. Program Rules

You may not refer yourself or members of your immediate household.
Referrals must be genuine — do not submit false or fabricated leads.
Killer Electric reserves the right to disqualify referrals that are found to be fraudulent or in violation of these terms.
Killer Electric reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time. Any earned but unpaid referrals at the time of program discontinuation will still be honored.

5. No Employment Relationship

Participation in this program does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between you and Killer Electric. You are an independent business partner.
